In the process of TUŠ restructuring Rojs, Peljhan Prelesnik advised HETA, who is one of the most important creditors of TUŠ and without which the restructuring would not be possible. The consent of HETA (due to the size of its exposure and the fact that its claims derive from financial leasing of real estate) was a precondition for restructuring and without it TUŠ would go to bankruptcy. In this respect HETA had separate conditions and demanded certain very important provisions against TUŠ and also other participating creditors. HETA demanded (and succeeded) also separate conditions regarding disinvestment of certain valued real estates and TUŠ and other creditors had to consent to that.
Delta Real Estate, negotiating with Hyprop Investments Ltd (South Africa) and Homestead Group Holdings Ltd, has completed the sale of its ownership quota in companies that own and operate Delta City Shopping Mall (Belgrade, Serbia) and Delta City Shopping Mall. (Podgorica, Montenegro).
Hemslade Trading Limited has agreed with the same buyers on the sale of its ownership quota in a company that owns and operates Delta City Shopping Mall in Podgorica. The total value of both deals amounts to EUR 202,750,000.

For the period of 12 months, Delta Real Estate will oversee the management of both malls on behalf of the buyers, with the existing mall staff continuing their employment with the newly acquired companies. Asset management responsibilities will be performed by Hyprop and Homestead.
